The cocoa museum in Cartagena is a great place to learn all about the history and process of making chocolate. Although it’s more of a shop of all things cocoa, we stopped in for a visit and scoped out the place to get an idea of the process and to see if it is any different than the other locations in Cusco, Lima, and Bogota. This location is fun, and a bit unique to the region, making it a worthwhile quick stop to get more information on Colombian chocolate.

We visited the chocolate museum on our trip through Colombia to see what we could learn all about Colombian chocolate and how it was made historically. Along the way met some great folks working down here and got some great cocoa connects to get new beans from for Dark Arts!
