Suckling Pig at Restaurant Botin – A Madrelenian Tradition

Suckling pig roasted in a wood fired oven is an age old tradition in Madrid.  Nowhere is more famous for preparing them than the restaurant La Botin .  This restaurant has been in business since 1725 and is world famous for its suckling baby pigs.
